Subscription Terms

Scope of Application

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") govern the relationship between the Nomad Venture Studio, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of United Arab Emirates with registration number 3773, having its registered office at Block B-B19-141, Sharjah, UAE (the "we", "us", "our" or the "Company") and you (the "you", "yours" or the "User").

Subscription Terms and Fees

For our Services, we may offer a subscription plan at introductory rate (“introductory offer”), additional paid features, and subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or otherwise, depending on the option you select at purchase).

• Introductory offers provide temporary access. Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically continue at the listed price.
• Subscription plans are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Pricing and Digital Content may change by territory. You will be notified of changes via the website or email.

Payment Method

The Company charges the applicable fees to the payment card you submit at purchase. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge for renewals.

Prices may change at the start of the next subscription period. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel before renewal.

Cancellation

• You may cancel any time before the end of the billing period via your Account (“Unsubscribe”) or by contacting support.
• Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the then-current period.
• No refunds are provided once Digital Content has been delivered, except where required by law.

Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are only available:

• If requested by EU/EEA users within 14 days, unless performance of the Agreement has already begun.
• If the User contacts support within 31 days, demonstrates that they followed the plan for 28 consecutive days, and provides evidence.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Changes

The Company may update these terms, features, or pricing. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

Requirements

To enter into a legally binding agreement, the User must be a physical entity with legal capacity and at least 18 years old.

Acceptance

By continuing to use this website, you agree to these Subscription Terms and other supplemental policies posted by the Company.
